Open Records Requests for Financial Data must be submitted in writing via a mail service not including electronic emails.  Examples: United States Postal Service; UPS; FedEx; Lone Star Overnight.

Request must include enough description and detail of the requested information so that the governmental body can accurately identify and locate the requested items.  Ward County may contact you to request additional information; not to inhibit your request, but that we might better gather the information you are looking for.
